Customer is more worried about the safety of the water pump operation in rainy weather, this is not need to worry at all. The water pump used in our hydroponic tower is a low voltage 12W safe voltage, and the waterproof protection designed at the interface of the water pump is enough to cope with the rainy weather, as long as the hydroponic tower is not completely immersed in water.
Regarding the transportation of the hydroponic tower, the customer originally planned to use wooden pallets for transportation, because wooden pallets are not cost-effective we suggest using cardboard boxes, and wrapping protective film around the outer boxes or wooden frames will be better.
