In October 2024, we received an inquiry from an Australian customer on our Alibaba website. After patient communication, we understood that the customer wanted to use the hydroponic system to grow their own vegetables at home, and wanted one set for indoor use and one set for outdoor use. According to the customer's planting quantity and choice, we recommended our 6P9, which has 9 tiers with 6 slotted holes in each tier, so that one hydroponic tower can grow 54 vegetables, which is very space-saving. Each hydroponic tower system contains planting basket, planting cotton, water pump, LED light and so on. After showing our product pictures to the customer, the customer finally chose one set of hydroponic tower with LED light and one set without LED light.
At the same time, we recommended 60L bucket for the customer because it would be cheaper in transportation! After checking the shipping cost for the customer, the customer gladly accepted and paid quickly.
