Considering the customer's usage, we recommend the 6p7 and 6p10 aeroponic tower systems with lights, which have sufficient planting quantities to meet the customer's needs. Subsequently, we provided a lot of feedback pictures and videos to the customer. The customer was interested in 6p7 and asked if they could provide nutrient solution. Therefore, we determined that the customer needed complete equipment and was new to hydroponic cultivation. Therefore, we detailed the working principle of the aeroponic tower system and all the equipment we could provide, including seedling and planting baskets, planting cotton, etc.
Afterwards, the customer provided feedback that these are required by different schools and may only be able to purchase one set at a time. From the perspective of shipping costs, we suggest that the customer purchase multiple sets at once, which can save on shipping costs. The final customer decided to purchase 3 sets.
