The customer wanted to sell hydroponic equipment locally, so he contacted our company in May 2023. The customer felt that hydroponic cultivation was a trend in future agriculture, but at that time the customer was still in the initial stage of understanding hydroponics. There were also many different types of hydroponic equipment on the market, which made it difficult for the customer to choose. After communicating the quotation to the customer, the customer disappeared.
In January of this year, the customer contacted us again and confirmed that the hydroponic equipment he wanted had aeroponic tower, ZIP system, microgreen system, and green walls. He wanted to buy samples for testing, and then he placed an order. At present, he has received the goods and assembled the equipment. Looking forward to his further feedback.
