We first communicated through whatsapp. The customer has a certain understanding of hydroponics, and the questions asked are more professional. We first talked about the aeroponic tower system. The customer wants to experiment with the equipment first and then apply it to the later commercial planting. Later, I told hime that we were going to Dubai to participate in the exhibition. The customer specially arranged a trip to Dubai, and there were some episodes due to visa issues, but the client finally arrived in Dubai. Our team warmly received customers and answered his questions one by one. In the end, the customer purchased the aeroponic tower, ZIP growing system and EBB & flow table system. We are very grateful for the customer's support and look forward to the follow-up cooperation with the customer.
