A school from Oman ordered three sets of hydroponic tower systems from us in order to provide their students with an innovative growing technique and research experience.Oman's hot climate, drought and low rainfall make traditional agriculture, which relies on soil and water, challenging, and hydroponics is a great solution to this challenge. Because hydroponics allows agriculture to no longer rely on soil, solving the problem of land degradation and reduction of arable land, and secondly, it can save 90% of water, which is very suitable for less arid areas.
For indoor cultivation, hydroponic towers can also be equipped with LED grow lights to provide enough light for the crops to grow, creating ideal conditions for the crops to grow, no longer afraid of the local scorching hot weather.
By introducing hydroponic towers, the school not only enhances the richness of teaching practice, but also conveys the concept of sustainable development and environmental protection to students. Students were also able to directly participate in the planting and observe the whole process of crops from seed to maturity, not only learning new knowledge of modern agriculture, but also having fun and gaining a sense of fulfillment.
